Stayed here for 3 weeks while working locally. Can say in all that time standards were consistently high, breakfast was excellent as was dinner. The cafe under the hotel is brilliant. Staff were super helpful. I can’t recommend Viva hotel high enough. Hotel location is good for everything. Public parking available a 2 min walk from hotel, the price is 2 euro per day.

Very bad hotel, reception stuff unprofessional. They give us a room but when we open the door someone is inside 😅 management problem! Rooms are mini… a lot of stairs to the reception. You need to use the Restauant elevator 🛗 and change to another elevator…. The reception desk don’t understand English, if you’re not Italian you will get communication problem.

Hotel was very nice, room was clean, the breakfast was very good with fresh pastries and many healthy items. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and very pleasant. Location was very good, there are buses nearby and many restaurants nearby.

The bathroom design had some flaws. For instance, The shower sink was clogged and water backed up. and there was no convenient place to hang clothes while showering. Additionally, there was no soap or dispenser holder inside the shower.

Stopping over in Avellino with a flight to catch from Naples Airport the next day. Super nice rooms, big, clean and modern. Super friendly service from the reception. If you're a none-Italian driver like me, skip the hotel parking, the hotel garage is very small, and I managed to "touch" the concrete wall while trying to get our SUV parked down there. Plenty of paid parking close by. Remember to take some time to see Avellino, it's a beautiful city.

It was a lovely hotel, the bed was comfortable, the shower was large and worked. The food in the restaurant was nice. It was an enjoyable stay. The room has a mini bar, hairdryer and shampoo etc, so if like me it wasn't a planned stay you will be happy. And if you did plan to stay you would be comfortable.
